You are selling our Hypertherm mechanized systems to your customers. Even though our systems are easy to operate, the installation on a cutting table and/or the optimization of the cut quality may require some additional skills.
When your customer already has knowledge of cutting metal, you can refer him to the operator manual of the systems. The manual is delivered with the system and contains a lot of information about wiring diagrams, interface protocols, robotic information, consumable information and more. You or your customer can also download manuals from our website. They are available in many languages available.
If you or your customer prefer some additional training, our Hypertherm Cutting Institutes (HCI) is a great option to learn about the various capabilities of our systems. After initial login you can watch a lot of videos and follow trainings. For you, as our valued partner, HCI also offers more in-depth information. Please contact your sales manager to acquire additional access to HCI if you wish to review this information.
Next to the online trainings we support in-house trainings. These trainings consist of a theoretical part and a hands-on training with the machines. These trainings are given in various languages and take place in Roosendaal, the Netherlands.
