As you may know, bi-annually we conduct partner satisfaction surveys so that we can hear directly from you how our relationships are going, what our strengths are and where we need to improve. It’s important for all of us to keep a pulse on this so that we can continue to build our mutual businesses in a productive way. In September 2022 we conducted the last survey, and we are pleased to share the results. There was a slight increase in the satisfaction score from the 2020 survey up from 8.1 to 8.2.
Even though this is a great score, we have action plans in place to address the areas that need improvement.
