Hypertherm Associates has made a recent design change to the coupler on the XPR® quick-disconnect torch head, 420221.
Benefits of the updated design:
• Improved grip and handling with a new coarse straight knurl
• Torch grip design now consistent with HPRXD®, HPR® cartridge and HPR standard torches
• Reduced environmental impact with 2,800 pounds of plastic scrap savings per year
• Same PEEK type material
We expect to begin shipping product with the new coupler mid-February 2023.
