To find this on the website, navigate to Resources, then Software updates and support. Use your Hypertherm Associates account login credentials to access the Software Knowledge Base. If you are a first-time user, then create an account by choosing Phoenix CNC software and filling in the required information.
The Software Knowledge Base includes:
• Install file for Phoenix software version 10.23.0
• Release notes for important details regarding XPR and general resolutions
• Last available update for all prior supported Phoenix software versions
Software updates for EDGE Connect CNCs have an anticipated release cycle of two times per year. Additional interim releases are also possible based on critical field requirements.
