Guney Sultanli’s professional journey has been characterized by a remarkable trajectory. With an extensive background in export and channel partner management within the capital goods market, she has honed her expertise through collaboration with renowned international companies, including Hidromek and Mutlu Battery, while based in Turkey. This diverse experience has provided her with a global perspective that will undoubtedly enrich our OEM Channel.
Guney’s path to this pivotal role began in January 2019 when she joined Hypertherm. Over the years, her dedication and strategic vision earned her a promotion to one of the two Regional Sales Manager positions within the EMEIA Distribution Team in 2021. Her leadership has played a pivotal role in addressing various challenges within our distribution network.
One of Guney’s standout qualities is her exceptional ability to listen and respond to the unique needs of our channel partners. She is renowned for cultivating strong, enduring partnerships, and her approach is characterized by empathy, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to delivering mutually beneficial outcomes.
Originally from Baku, Azerbaijan, Guney Sultanli ventured to Turkey to pursue her education, successfully graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics from the Economic and Managerial Sciences Faculty at Gazi University in Ankara, Turkey. In her personal life, Guney resides in Istanbul with her dog, Otto.
