Hypertherm is excited to introduce the HPR cartridge and torch for HPRXD plasma systems. The new HPR cartridge is a single-piece consumable designed to replace the traditonal 5-piece consumable stackup. We designed the cartridge for use with current cut settings making it easy for a customer to upgrade, without changes to their cutting system. The cartridge torch attaches directly to the HPRXD receptacle, allowing for easy change from traditional consumables to cartridge. No tools are required to change the torch or the cartridge. HPR cartridge delivers multiple benefits, including:

• Longer consumable life
• Increased cut quality consistency
