Hypertherm is excited to introduce an HPR cartridge and torch for HPRXD plasma systems. The new HPR cartridge is a single-piece consumable designed to replace the traditional 5-piece consumable stackup. The HPR cartridge delivers multiple benefits to customers. It is easier to use, lasts longer, produces more consistent cuts, and will result in fewer stackup errors. Cartridges and related products are now available for 130A and 260A mild steel cutting processes, including 260A bevel cutting. 80A cartridges will be available at the end of this month.
