To access this page, please select Support from the homepage navigation, then Software Support, and finally XPR Firmware updates. This page is visible to anyone visiting the Hypertherm website, however a partner login is required to access the firmware files as has been true in the past. This login requirement is important to ensure all updates are completed correctly, and because firmware updates can require machine manufacturer and service provider intervention. The page also includes a link to the firmware update instructions, part number 809820, and a link to download the firmware files.
