We are transitioning from a satin chrome to a bright chrome finish on a variety of mechanized torches, consumables and service parts for primarily HPRXD® and HPR® systems. Expectations are that shipping of the new chrome products came into the field at the end of March.
This change is aesthetic only, with no impact to product performance. This bright finish is more consistent in appearance with the finish on our XPR® products. This change effects the below product groups, with a list of the specific part numbers attached.
- HPRXD torch main body and receptacle
- HPR torch main body and receptacle
- HPR torch sleeves
- HPR/HPRXD torch and lead assemblies
- HT4001 and PAC620 retaining caps
- Preventive maintenance kits containing above components
Please note that because of varying inventory levels on plated components, full transition to the new chrome for all products will extend six to eight months beyond the date of this announcement.
