Ongoing inflationary pressures on raw materials and labor require that we implement a mid-year price increase, effective July 1, 2023. Not all products are equally impacted, and where possible we are holding prices flat, including on most power supplies. Price increases for products that are impacted are generally between 3-6%. We know that this action results in additional work for you, and we appreciate your understanding.
Orders that are consistent with your standard ordering rates will be accepted at current pricing through June 30, 2023. In the interest of fairness to all, between today and June 30, we will not accept orders outside of standard ordering rates or with requested delivery dates beyond Hypertherm’s promise date. For orders that do not align with this guidance, Hypertherm Customer Service/Sales Support will work with our partners to re-price or cancel as desired.
