Hypertherm plans to release a newly designed FineCut cartridge at the end of October. This new design is the result of unsatisfactory performance and operational issues reported by both customers and partners when using the current design on an X-Y table with certain height controllers. Hypertherm is happy to replace the original FineCut cartridges (Revision A) with the new version (Revision B) once available using our standard RMA process.
