Inflationary pressures on raw materials and labor require that we implement a mid-year price increase, effective May 16, 2022. Hypertherm has been very disciplined in only adjusting prices one time per year, but 2022 has presented us with extraordinary circumstances that necessitate this off-cycle change. Prices are increasing across all our plasma, waterjet, and software product lines. Price increases for products that are impacted are generally between 3-6%. We know that this action results in additional work for you, and we appreciate your understanding.
Orders that are consistent with your standard ordering rates will be accepted at current pricing through May 15, 2022. In the interest of fairness to all, between today and May 15, we will not accept orders outside of standard ordering rates or with requested delivery dates beyond Hypertherm’s promise date. Orders that do not align with this guidance may be re-priced or cancelled even after acknowledgement by Hypertherm.
