NEW! RMA numbers now needed for all returns

To ensure timely processing of all returns, Hypertherm is now requiring that items sent back to us include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain one, please send an email that lists the product or products you want to return, the quantity, and the original invoiced price to customerservice.emea@hypertherm.com. Once you receive your RMA number, please include it on the outside of all shipping boxes or packaging returned to us. For more detail on this new process, please refer to the Xnet.
