In the coming weeks you will notice visual changes to the inner material of the 6 retaining caps listed below.
These caps are used on MAXPRO200®, HyPro2000™, and HSD130® systems. To standardize and align our manufacturing processes over multiple product lines Hypertherm Engineering has changed the inner copper material to brass. Product testing has shown that there is no loss in performance with this change.
The picture below illustrates the difference in appearance between the current cap material and the new material.
