Beginning January 1, 2021, we will not be offering consumables and replacement parts for certain Powermax® and MAX® legacy systems as noted on the attached Legacy Products Support and Upgrade Guide. You can place your final consumables and replacement part orders for these systems by November 17, 2020.

In our continued pursuit of excellence, we create products that set the standard in quality and reliability for plasma cutting. We have supported some of the referenced systems for 15 years or more from final production date which is well beyond our industry’s norm. It has become necessary to streamline our product offerings and help customers move up to the more modern upgrade options that are available. Please note that in the case of the Powermax600, we are accelerating original torch and consumable obsolescence because the Duramax® retrofit torch and consumable upgrade provide customers with greatly improved torch reliability and consumable performance.

Below are recommended next steps:
• Review this guide for availability of torch upgrades/retrofits, consumables, parts, and access to live technical support.
• Review attached impacted consumables list
• Call, visit or send out the guide to your impacted customers
• Utilize trade-in programs
• Place final orders for impacted parts and consumables by November 17, 2020

• 2020 torches and consumable catalog
• Flyers and postcards that you can use to send to your customers
• Impacted replacement parts list (coming mid-year)

We will continue communication through the end of 2020, work with you to make this a smooth transition and give you the help you need to support our loyal customers.
