Hypertherm COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Partners and Customers,

We know you are likely overwhelmed by the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and want to share with you the steps Hypertherm is taking to support you and your business during this challenging and uncertain time. First, I want to reassure you that our offices and operations remain open even as we take precautions to protect the well-being of our Associate-owners. In addition, we are as dedicated as ever to meeting your needs by having a ready supply of product and spare parts available.

Global Supply of components for our products continues to support production at normal capacity at this time. Our Global Sourcing Team is in regular and close contact with component suppliers, monitoring pipeline inventory, lead-times, capacity, and alternate supply chains in the event additional supply is needed.

While there is not an immediate risk of supply shortages, the situation is dynamic. If there are any changes, we will communicate the expected impact to lead times and availability as quickly as possible. In addition, we will provide frequent updates on our homepage at www.hypertherm.com and X-Net.

Finally, I’d like to stress the continued full availability of our sales, service, and support teams, even as we closely follow guidelines from the World Health Organization and take proactive measures to implement remote work arrangements for our team members that allow them to remain safe and healthy.
