During product testing Hypertherm’s waterjet quality team experienced failure of our 1/4 Parallel Swivel (P/N 1-13338) product. Unfortunately, the root cause of the failure was unidentifiable. As a result, we have decided to immediately stop offering this part. We will continue to offer the Swivel Repair Kit for this part (1-13546) to help support existing product in the field.
