We are pleased to offer a simple-to-use, on-line tool to efficiently register Powermax systems.
This tool was developed in support of Hypertherm’s End-User Experience strategy geared towards making sure 100% of customers achieve optimal cutting outcomes. End-user insights gained from product registrations help us jointly better deliver on end customer needs. This easy-to-access form is located through Xnet, under the Program tab on the left-side navigation bar.
Through an understanding of our customers, gained from product registration, we can be more effective in meeting major customer needs throughout the product lifecycle. Specifically, customers industries and cutting applications help direct product development, sales and marketing efforts, and measure customer satisfaction.
Registering a Powermax system through Xnet is simple, fast, mobile-friendly, and offered in all Xnet languages. This new tool does not preclude end users from registering their own systems via Hypertherm.com; the Xnet-based form is for you only. Hypertherm.com and Xnet Powermax registrations will be combined to calculate a your year-to-date registration percentage as part of the baseline experience program.

For non-US partners, the registration form asks for company-level information only and not personally identifiable information. We ask that you are mindful when completing the registration form to avoid sharing a customer’s personally identifiable information.
