We will be ending production on all model configurations of these three pumps on December 31, 2019. This will conclude production for all non-Predictive pumps in the S-series product line. However, we will continue to offer service parts for existing units for at least 7 years from the end of production date.
When we launched the Predictive pump line in October, 2018, we announced that it would be replacing the existing pump line in the future.
We will be accepting orders on the HyPrecision 50S, 60S, and 75S pumps through October 1, 2019 and producing these systems through December 31, 2019. This end of production announcement does not impact our production of HyPrecision 15, 30, or 50 pumps or any Predictive pumps or D-series (100D, 150D) pumps.
We have seen very positive responses to the Predictive pump family. The adoption rate of the new systems has reached a level that supports ending the S-series product line. However, we want to provide you with ample time to plan for any remaining or upcoming orders and to allow those that have not converted to the Predictive family, time to do so.
As per our standard policy, parts and service will be provided on the HyPrecision 50S, 60S, and 75S for a minimum of 7 years after the end of production. As we get closer to the termination process, we will send out a reminder notification, along with any more detailed information we may have concerning final order intakes and deliveries.
