Every year we publish a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report, where we measure our progress against our social and environmental goals. The 2018 report is now available for download.
Our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) work supports our core values of providing well-being of our associates, communities and the environment. Some highlights in the report include:
– 94% of all Hypertherm teams are now One Leaf certified, with many now working toward Two and Three Leaf certification as part of Hypertherm’s Greener Cuts internal certification process.
– HOPE Teams, responsible for grantmaking and facilitating volunteerism, are now established in all countries in which Hypertherm has a business presence.
– Hypertherm’s Wellness Program is available to all Associates.
– 85% of associates participated in the Community Service Time program. In 2018 Associates served 25,957 hours giving back to their communities with an average of 20,9 hours per associate and combined more than 165,000 hours since the program’s inception in 2003.
– More than 100 nonprofits got financial support through our HOPE (Hypertherm Owners’ Philanthropic Endeavors) Foundation.
– Our workplace injury rates continue to be well below the nation average (2 vs industry average of 4.1)
