ProNest® LTS has been replaced by ProNest® LT

We are announcing that ProNest LTS has been discontinued and removed from sale in favor of ProNest LT, effective May 1st, 2019. At the same time, ProNest LT is being improved with several new enhancements, and a substantial price reduction to better serve the light industrial market.

This marks a significant change to Hypertherm’s nesting software lineup. Previously, we offered three levels of ProNest:
• ProNest (advanced)
• ProNest LT (intermediate)
• ProNest LTS (entry level)

Now Hypertherm will offer two levels of ProNest:
• ProNest (advanced)
• ProNest LT (intermediate)
These changes reflect the increasing demand for light industrial software that is both powerful and cost effective.

ProNest LT has long been considered a powerful software for light industrial users. Its generous standard features make it quick and easy to go from CAD to code. Features like reporting and costing are included as standard. ProNest LT also offers modules like Common Line Cutting, Chain and Bridge Cutting, and Skeleton Cut-up for achieving even greater levels of productivity. Now with the reduction in price, customers will be getting a software solution that is both powerful and cost effective.

In addition, we are introducing several new features and enhancements to ProNest LT as part of its latest release (v13.1) that will make it even more useful and effective for today’s light industrial customers, including cutting techniques, automatic height control settings, and token files for saving part geometry already prepared for cutting. These updates will help make it easier to combine ProNest LT with Powermax® and other light industrial plasma cutting systems.

Finally, Hypertherm is simplifying the ProNest LT product ordering structure. Complex, itemized order forms with numerous options will no longer be offered for ProNest LT. Instead, customers will be offered three simple, pre-determined packages to choose from.
