With the Demo Equipment Purchase Program, Hypertherm gives you access to the products you need— at a significant discount. Whether you’re using these products to give your customers an up-close look at Hypertherm product features or to facilitate solution development, this program helps you:
• Lower equipment costs
• Gain timely access to Hypertherm products
• Reduce your investment in sales demonstrations
• Develop hands-on expertise with Hypertherm products essential to serving customer needs
Twice per year, your company has discounted access to a specified number of these products, based on your Hypertherm Channel Partner membership.
DEMO EQUIPMENT PROGRAM DISCOUNT
• Through the program, you can purchase eligible Hypertherm products of your choice at a 10% discount off list price.
• Each Channel Partner may purchase ONE unit of each product SKU per location (of the following products eligible for Demo Discount).
o Powermax30 AIR
o Powermax45 XP
o Powermax105
• Demo units must remain in the Partner’s possession for six (6) months.
• After six (6) months of internal demonstration service, Partners can resell the equipment.
• Hypertherm will provide a product literature a package: 25 of the Powermax Family brochures in the languages of your choice.

• Demo units will be shipped January 2019
RULES OF ELIGIBILITY
• Reseller must be an authorized Hypertherm Channel Partner to participate in the Demo Equipment Program.
• Restrictions listed above apply. Any changes or special needs require business justification for exception approval.
• Program is valid until 30 June 2019. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
• The Hypertherm Demo Program is subject to change or cancellation at the sole discretion of Hypertherm.
• Channel Partner standard payment terms apply.
• This Demo Discount Program will replace any existing of historical Demo Discount Program.
