On October 23, 2018 we will launch a new line of HyPrecision Predictive high-pressure waterjet pumps. This is the first high-pressure waterjet pump in the industry with predictive maintenance capabilities, designed with a primary focus on the user of the product. The initial launch will take place at EuroBLECH in Hanover, Germany and shortly after at FabTech in Atlanta, GA, USA.
In addition to our proven Advanced Intensifier Technology, this new line of pumps is equipped with:
• our new, patent-pending Seal Maintenance TechnologyTM, enabling your customers to fully utilize their pump’s seal life, extending it by up to 40%
• standard closed loop proportional pressure control, ensuring increased performance through consistent output pressure
• an improved pump layout, quick-connect fittings, easy access bleed-down valve, and a color-coded junction box to make service and maintenance faster, easier and less expensive
• a clear window cover (standard for the “S” series pumps) that allows the operator to see the intensifier and attenuator without having to open the cover, providing extra safety to operations.

This new line of pumps will replace the existing HyPrecision pumps fully by mid next year, but we advise you to leverage all the benefits of our HyPrecision Predictive line as soon as possible. When ordering your first system, your waterjet account manager and product application engineer will work closely together with you to support first integration, sales training and service training.
