Important case win against Chinese counterfeiter

We are proud to announce that we have recently won an important Intellectual Property court case in China. Shanghai Intellectual Property Court has ruled against Jiangyin Aierke Cutting Equipment Co., Ltd (ELK) and Changzhou Sanmei Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd(Sanmei) for infringing two of our patents. With the manufacture and/or sale of their aftermarket consumables branded as ELK or without brand, they violated two patents that protect Hypertherm’s HPR and Powermax products.
